Stuart's Internal Branding

Art Direction - Project Management - Design

Led the design initiative for Stuart's Internal Hub, a comprehensive showcase and library housing all branding elements, including illustrations, photography, motion design, and various assets. Collaborating with my team, we crafted an impactful cover that encapsulates the distinctive personality of Stuart's internal brand. Taking charge of motion design and serving as the lead in art direction, Ola played a pivotal role in bringing dynamism to the project.

Over a span of four months, I spearheaded the creation of all internal branding elements alongside my regular tasks and projects. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders enriched the conception of several projects, providing deeper insights into their initiatives and desired brand impressions. The outcome is a unified brand aligned with Stuart's core elements, notably the routes, symbolizing not only the efficient delivery from point A to B but also emphasizing connection and proximity. This approach resonates particularly in illustrating Stuart's close relationship with its employees.

All brands within this framework adhere to a cohesive concept – a linear isotype that, while abstract, remains clear in its communication, embodying Stuart's brand ethos.

I also created templates in which the teams can easily create their own design (with constraints: The size and style of type cannot change neither the bounding box) The image selection is only on certain illustrations that are adapted to fit perfectly to the templates without any issue of sizing.  

 

The teams are now more independent; they can create their own posters, newsletter headers, and Linkedin posts this way the design team can have more time to develop higher priority projects.
