Quiero Chamba wanted specifically a monogram since they have another company named Quiero Contratar that is mostly for enterprises so they could use it for both and have it easily recognized in both.

Quiero chamba had a feeling their old logo didn't really represented their company because of it's "lawered vibe" so in this cased we decided to focus on the energetic and positive side of the brand while designing the identity of Quiero chamba, as a result we made a colorful, modern and energetic brand.
